Hi suporte, You probably encountered this bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/884635. The fix for this bug should delete the disk from the engine even though the image does not exists in the storage.
Can u please attach or check the VDSM and engine log just to be sure, that you encountered the same scenario in this bug.
