Hi Sven,
You can connect your export domain to only one instance of oVirt (have the same
problem in my setup with RHEV 3.1 and oVirt 3.2.1 with only one export domain).
So you have to export some of your vms or all vms (depending on possible
downtime and space on your export domain), detach export domain from oVirt 3.0,
attach it to oVirt 3.2 and import your vms.
If you can't export all vms at the same time you could script this process with
ovirt-shell/REST-API/Python-API to e.g. export first 5 vms, detach export
domain, attach export domain, import these 5 vms, detach, attach, export next 5
vms,...
Sharing your ISO domain is possible...
