Hi Daniele, Search the mailinglist for cpu stuck and you'll find more threads about it and the only answer yet, stick to kernel 3.6.10. Anything higher will cause random cpu stuck on boot in combo with multipath. Some bugreports seem to indicate that energy saving mode ( c states) is responsible but can't confirm this but you can try setting bios to max performance, no powersave states.
