Many thanks for both replies. I see that putting in "maintenance" mode an
host could be the right way to shutdown an host.

Thank you too.
I dare to ask another thing (but I have already seen negative replies in
mailing list): auto startup of virtual machines. It is a feature very useful
because in case of an unexpected server shutdown there is no need to call me
to restart vms at next boot.
