is the domain visible from the host the vm is running?
please run vdsClient -s 0 getStorageDomainInfo
21619c8e-99ea-4813-be02-d708971e5393
did you install the vm from cd?

Does anyone know how to fix this? I have a windows server using that
disk and its having issues booting up because of it. Look like I will
have to fix it by hand
