cpu name is cluster level, and usually the lowest common denominator of
the hosts in cluster,
to make sure migration works in the cluster.
so you can change for cluster, which will affect all vms in the cluster,
not individual vm
but if you are willing to compromise on performance, compared to live
migration in the cluster, you can choose '-cpu host' for best match of
the VM to the CPU available on the host.
