Some reason my gluster nfs servers were notorious for crashing and virtual IPs with keepalived kept interfering with the interfaces in oVirt which made it a pain to modify networks within the UI. I went a head and tried this anyway, and it appears to be holding up a lot better than the gluster nfs server.
