What I observed is Ovirt process is hogging more CPU. And also Memory out of error in log, some cases it shows error related to garbaj collection.

What I believe *might happening* is postgres threads are eating the cpu. Also, Make sure that you're running ovirt-engine on recommended hardware configuration. Regards.
