Yes, because vdsm/libvirt can't detect that the vm rebootet
and the vm starts with the old xml file.

I filed an RFE for this ages ago, let me look..here:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1054070

But it might not match 100% your use case, so maybe
another RFE will push this further?
