Hi, this configuration file can be used only for special parameters, which are not part of command line options. So you cannot add for example domain or provider.
Also if you are still using engine-manage-domains (in oVirt 3.5+ it's considered to be a legacy provider), you may consider to move to the new ovirt-engine-extension-aaa-ldap provider which offers increased performance and you no longer need the Kerberos setup to access LDAP. You can find more info about it at: http://www.ovirt.org/Features/AAA https://gerrit.ovirt.org/gitweb?p=ovirt-engine-extension-aaa-ldap.git;a=blob;f=README;hb=HEAD https://gerrit.ovirt.org/gitweb?p=ovirt-engine-extension-aaa-ldap.git;a=blob;f=README.profile;hb=HEAD Martin ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Pavel Stehlik" <[email protected]> > To: "Chao Xie" <[email protected]> > Cc: [email protected] > Sent: Tuesday, June 2, 2015 9:58:29 AM > Subject: Re: [ovirt-users] WHERE IS engine-manage-domain CONFIGURE FILE > > > > /etc/ovirt-engine/engine-manage-domains/engine-manage-domains.conf > P. > > > > > > On 02 Jun 2015, at 08:41, Xie, Chao < [email protected] > wrote: > > HI ,ALL > engine-iso-uploader/engine-image-uploader both has the configure file > (default is /etc/ovirt-engine/isouploader.conf and imageuploader.conf) > In the configure file we can edit the command parameter in it and can save > lots of time. > But engine-manage-domain didn’t have the configure file, althought it also > has “―config-file” parameter.
