Sorry to revive an old thread.

I have a hosted engine setup, with ovirt-engine v3.5.2. But in the web admin, I 
only see the “Default” datacenter, but not the hosted engine datacenter. Any 
idea how I can get the hosted-engine to add or recognize the hosted-engine 
datacenter?
