We will need some more details: - VDSM and engine version - logs (engine and vdsm) - please make a REST request to <engineurl>/ovirt-engine/api/vms and check if the VMs are reported as UP or wait for launch
A quick and nasty recommendation would be to restart VDSM and engine and lets see if helps.
