You need to install the spice client on you machine. The files needs to
be opened with the client.

I have installed Ovirt 3.6 on Centos7.1 machine.
I have created a guest machine called wopc-win.
When I click on the console symbol, I get a file downloaded
(console.vv) which is a spice certificate file.
How do I debug this console matter? I cannot bring up a console.
