Core2Duo corresponds to the Intel Penryn Family - If you have your cluster on 
Conroe you’d have to create a new cluster with the Intel Penryn Family CPU 
Type, add a host to that new cluster and then change the VM you would like to 
upgrade to that new cluster.

Otherwise that shouldn’t be a big problem, except that you might want to also 
change already the OS type in the VM Configuration to Windows 10 (With the 
correct architecture)
