You haven't updated to 3.6 in 3.6 life cycle and now even 3.6 is gone to end of life adn we're already at 3rd maintenace release for 4.0. You're missing something like 2000 bug fixes / updates including security fixes, urgent and high severity fixes and lot of new features (that you may or may not need, but still...) So I'm just curious about why you didn't upgrade.
