Hi, Since oVirt 4.0, you can upload images as disks directly to your storage domain, using the upload dialog in Disks -> Upload -> Start.
Uploading ISOs to ISO domain isn't implemented yet, but it will also be introduced in one of the following releases. As uploading a disk might be a good solution for you, you can use the " engine-iso-uploader" if you still want to upload your ISO to the ISO domain. Please let us know if you need any further help.
