If it is a FQDN issue, you can try this:
- create a new file: ovirt-engine/engine.conf.d/99-
alternate-engine-fqdns.conf
- add a line with the FQDN or IP you want to use(You can have multiple with
a space between them):
SSO_ALTERNATE_ENGINE_FQDNS="ov.example.com"
- restart the engine
