Just for closing the discussion and updating anyone that could find this thread while looking for infos about UEFI, oVirt-node and PXE: I managed to complete a full pxe setup of several ovirt nodes with release 4.1.6 without issues. Nodes wait some time in blank screen with blinking, but then boot completes.
