Install using the iso as you would, and if you can, try to grab the image update rpm for 4.1.8 [1], and just install it with `rpm -Uhv`. If you'd rather use the iso, you will need to mount it, and install the ovirt-node-ng squashfs in the same manner that the image-update rpm installs it (rpm -qp --scripts path-to-image-update.rpm).
