You can create ISO domain later, best on a real server outside of your
oVirt setup.

However in 4.2 the best way is to upload your ISO images to a data domain.
This way you don't need to add NFS to your FC or iSCSI setup.

You can upload from the UI, or write a script using oVirt SDK.
