spice-html5 was removed in 4.2. For web-based in admin portal, you can use novnc. For VM Portal, it's a gap -- we currently only support .vv download only. https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-web-ui/issues/490 I have currently targeted this to VM Portal 1.4.2, to be released on August 10.
