Like as:
shutdown>>
step1:shutdown all VMs is running
step2:shutdown host1
step2:shutdown host2
step3:shutdown engine
step4:shutdown FCSAN storage
start>>
step1:start FCSAN storage
step2:start engine
step2:start host1
step3:start host2
I don't know whether I am right.
