Hi, one of the beta release criteria is that supported languages have translations at least at 70% of completion. According to zanata[1] we currently have
Chinese (Simplified, China) (zh-Hans-CN): 95.1% Czech (cs): 33.97% French (fr) 95.1% German (de) 95.1% Italian (it) 85.84% Japanese (ja): 95.1% Korean (ko) 95.1% Portuguese (Brazil) (pt-BR): 95.1% Russian (ru): 25.17% Spanish (es): 95.1% So, right now Czech and Russian are not meeting release criteria for beta release and are candidate to be disabled in 4.3 unless translators pushes the missing parts.
