update:
I installed this driver, it looks like it supports vgpu :
./NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-410.71-grid.run
then
NVIDIA-vGPU-rhel-7.5-410.68.x86_64.rpm
but it's the same, nothing in column "type mdev"
