In 4.3 we completely removed the support for 3.6 and 4.0 datacenter/cluster levels as for: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/1655115 <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1655115> No way using 4.3 stuff (that's why we also removed --upgrade-appliance from hosted-engine in 4.3).
