This looks like a bug displaying status in the UI (similar to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1381175 ?). Could you also attach engine logs from the timeframe that you notice the issue in UI.
Do all nodes in the cluster return peer status as Connected?
