5-12% is probably 10 times more than needed for the agent, profiling
should tell us where time is spent.

Since the agent depends on vdsm, we can reuse vdsm cpu profiler, see
lib/vdsm/profiling/cpu.py. It is not ready yet to be used by other
applications,
but making it more general should be easy.
