I've tried running the hosted-engine deployment a few times now. The deployment
always fails at the "Wait for the host to be up" line.

Am I missing something? I've searched and found similar errors in previous
version deployments that were found to be related to bugs, but those were said
to be corrected in version 4.3.3. I'm kind of stuck at this point. Any help at
all would be appreciated.
