Hi, Please check/share relevant logs - from the host /var/log/ovirt-hosted-engine-setup/* (and perhaps /var/log/vdsm/* and /var/log/ovirt-hosted-engine-ha/*) and from the engine (if you can access it) /var/log/ovirt-engine/engine.log .
