Unfortunately there is no easy way to make a virtio device non- ejectable at the system level.However you can try couple of simple solutions, like removing "Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media"from the Task Bar or making a simple batch file that will be running on the system startup and zeroingCM_DEVCAP_REMOVABLE bit (bit 4) in device's Capabilities registry parameter.
