Is this procesor supported?

Seems to meet all the requirements but when I install the self hosted engine it
fails with the error message below:

Ovirt-Node1.adsdata.ca<http://Ovirt-Node1.adsdata.ca> moved to Non-Operational

configuration for Host Ovirt-Node1.adsdata.ca<http://Ovirt-Node1.adsdata.ca>.,
fix accordingly and re-deploy."}
