The output of "tcpdump -i ovirtmgmt -pvn port 67 and port 68" in https://pastebin.com/a2DEyL0e looks like the DHCP reply does not reach the ovirtmgmt bridge. Is the ovirtmgmt bridge / network attachment on the host able to receive configuration by DHCP?
