Hi, I'm glad you could figure it out in the end. It's true that the message "Paused by System" isn't super useful when trying to figure out what's wrong. It would definitely be worth to submit a bug requesting more descriptive error message. Since you already have an environment that reproduces the issue, would you please consider reporting the bug here <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=ovirt-engine>?
