Hello, I believe you should be able to fix this issue using the "unlock_entity.sh" tool on the hosted engine VM in "/usr/share/ovirt-engine/setup/dbutils" -- unfortunately there is not much documentation on it but I IIRC I've used it to fix this very issue in the past. Someone else may be able to chime in on its proper use.
