If the UI let you update this value, this is a UI bug. Locked fields should be
disabled in the UI so you will not try to change something which you cannot
change.
If you try to change the vm using the API, getting an error for locked fields is
the best we can do, so there is no bug here.
Maybe the field should not be blocked for hosted engine, someone working
on hosted engine can tell.
