I don't think so, but I can be wrong. The only cli I know is 'https://docs.gluster.org/en/latest/Quick-Start-Guide/Quickstart/' & 'https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_gluster_storage/3.5/html/administration_guide/index'
Of course deploying manually is error-prone ,so you should consider 'https://github.com/gluster/gdeploy' unless you are an experienced Gluster User.
