1) HE VM

Plus:
# dnf list --installed | grep ovirt-engine
2) Host with HE VM
/var/log/ovirt-hosted-engine-ha/{agent.log,broker.log}
/var/log/vdsm/vdsm.log
Plus:
$ dnf list --installed | egrep "(vdsm|ovirt-engine-appliance)"
The issue you found in BugZilla seems to be quite old and was fixed in
version 4.1x.
