Hi,

4.3 is no longer maintained.
Regardless, this bug was never reproduced and has no fixes attached to it,
so there is nothing to backport. The related bugs and their fixes are all
related to changes that were introduced in 4.4, so it is unlikely you hit
the same issue.
If you can share more details and attach logs we may know more.
