the hyperconverged gluster RPMs aren't installed by default on Enterprise Linux with the cockpit RPM but are installed on the oVirt node-ng install. The quick install neglects this, so look at https://www.ovirt.org/documentation/installing_ovirt_as_a_self-hosted_engine_using_the_cockpit_web_interface/#Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_hosts_SHE_cockpit_deploy.
