I've just finished my upgrade to oVirt 4.4.8.4, but I've got one previously 
working VM that I cannot reimport. (I did a fresh install instead of restoring 
an engine backup.) It's a Windows VM, and every attempt I make to import it 
causes the following error:

    Cannot import VM. Invalid time zone for given OS type.
    Attribute: vm.vmStatic

The interface doesn't give me the option to change the timezone before import. 
The most that I can get from the logs on either the engine host or SPM host is 
this:
