Hi Francesco, I never was able to achieve this migration in that way. After many hours trying I just given up and used virt-p2v and treated all the VMs from XenServer as physical servers.
xen+ssh AFAIK does not work correctly with XAPI (Xen API) which is what XenServer uses.
