Thank you for your work! Now I managed to install Ovirt 4.4.10 version using iso image.
In the beginning, I tried updating repositories, clearing dnf cache, and restarting the installation, but I couldn't. When I download a new iso and run from scratch I managed to install it. I have one more question. If I'll want to update ovirt.
