for Jboss problem
After VM starts on local storage I've changed HEAP size for Jboos
/etc/ovirt-engine/engine.conf.d/10-setup-java.conf
bad value:
ENGINE_HEAP_MIN="3956M"
ENGINE_HEAP_MAX="3956M"
proper value:
ENGINE_HEAP_MIN="16384M"
ENGINE_HEAP_MAX="16384M
this is not proper - but Jboos changed it for its own to 14

Bad unfortunately I've got another error - ovirtsdk4.Error
