Sorry Shin, I meant to get back to answer this when you asked, but got distracted and then forgot about it (which was rude of me - sorry). I also needed to "document it for myself" because, over a year later, I've ran into the same issue (see https://lists.ovirt.org/archives/list/[email protected]/thread/7CXIPLSXOGL3EDWQTPCRCJU3CHWVAN4R/).
In short, (to now answer your Q and to document it for me, plus anyone else who runs across this) the solution (for me) was to accept the default names for the Data Center and the Cluster and then edit the names to what was required/desired once the engine was successfully deployed.
