Same problem here. I even tried to recompile from source, used differnt Java versions etc.
Just executing the /usr/bin/ovirt-aaa-jdbc-tool fails, too, as soon as you try something that actually wants t query the database. SEVERE: Unexpected Exception invoking Cli: com/ongres/scram/common/stringprep/StringPreparation All jars are there, ans all came with the ovirt45 installation.
