This is my first time using ovirt and I encountered this error in
ovirt-engine-deploy.

I restored the virtnetworkd-sock file with reference to this ticket, but the
deployment still fails with the same error.

If anyone has encountered a similar issue, could you please let me know how you
resolved it?
Deploying with the Self-Hosted Engine and using ovirt4.5 el9.
