Hi, I've been implementing an web application for viewing PDFs as imgages. There have been nice code examples and everything worked fine on Windows 32bit with Sun JDK 1.4.2.
Now the system where the application will run is a Linux SLES 64bit with IBM JDK 1.4.2. I've deployed the application to the server and got a strange effect: For displayed text each character space is replaced by the word 'space'. Has anyone encountered the same issue? BTW: Will there be a 1.0 version of PDFBox for Java 1.4.2? BR, Horst
