Size and location of a PDField

Hi,

I need to determine the size and location (in document coordinates) of
enterable fields, buttons, and check boxes. What is the easiest way to
extract those coordinates from a PDField object?
I couldn't find any API directly on PDField. Is it necessary to subclass a
PDFStreamEngine or is there an easier way?
