There were a few e-mails on the mailing list a couple weeks ago. In one
of my e-mails of that thread I explain what a named destination is (it's a
type of bookmark). Another e-mail by Kevin Brown explained how to create,
read and update named destinations. The subject of the latest e-mail was
"getting and setting names of named destinations" and I think most or all
the other e-mails shared that subject line. You should be able to find
the messages in the archive.

Thanks,
Adam

Adding named destinations to PDf file

  Hi, I would like to add named destinations to a PDf file.

Reading Adobe Reader documentation
(
http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/en/acrobat/PDFOpenParameters.pdf
),
it seems there is an open parameter called:

     nameddest=name (Specifies a named destination in the PDF).

Such named destination seems not to be a bookmark but a different thing.
I have reviewed PDFBox docs and was not able to fund such named
destination concept.
Do you know if it is possible to add named destinations to a PDF file
using PDFBox library?

Thanks in advance,

      Chemi.
