Annotations and Evince/Okular/xpdf (and probably others non-acrobat renderers)

Hello,

The PDFBox annotated documents don't display their annotations in other
renderers than acrobat (example
org.apache.pdfbox.examples.pdmodel.Annotation).
After a "save as" in acrobat after any modification, all the annotations are
displayed as expected in any renderer.
